1. Is it going to get messy?
- Yes it probably will. However, with the cleaning equipment and the way the job is finished you won't know that we've been there apart from the finished work you have asked us to do.
2. Will it be noisy?
- Yes it will. And it would be advisable to inform your neighbours that the work is going to be performed.
3. Will the price change?
- No! Definately not. The only exception to this would be pre-advice from the customer of a change in the original work to be performed or a variation to the work to be done due to an unexpected obstruction or difficulty not revealed in the original inspection. Both would be discussed before work was started.
4. Will there be lots of dust?
- No, dust is kept to a minimum due to our equipment requiring water to lubricate the cutting tips that eventuates in little or no dust.
5. Do we dispose of the rubbish?
- This will be discussed with the customer when necessary. We can offer competitive rates for waste disposal.
6. How long will it take and when can you do it?
- The work will be done a efficiently as at all possible. With over 13 years experience in this field of work we can generally give you a pretty accurate time for the work to be completed. An appointment would be arranged with the customer to survey and discuss the work with a time to start the work booked with them there and then.
