Core Drilling can be done into existing tiled or concreted areas for reasons such as installing bollards in front of premisses to satisfy security or insurance needs. No mess no hassel just drill the holes and glue them in. Problem solved!
Holes can also be drilled between existing walls and floors for things such as drainage, wiring, ducting and so on.
