Core drilling technolog is used in a large variety of applications where a hole is required in or through a masonry product.
Core Drilling uses a Diamond tipped cylinder that is capable of drilling through masonry products which on completion leaves a neat circular finish through the thickness of the item being drilled.
Applications include plumbing pipes and fittings, piping and cables for air condtioning, ballard installation, electrical conduits and cables.

Core holes can be drilled in a variety of sizes starting from 10mm in diameter up to 600mm. Diamond tipped core drilling is one of the best and most efficient ways of drilling through re-enforced concrete. We have a vacuum unit available so no anchor is required!
Core drilling is creates a circular hole through concrete or block when pipe and conduit access is needed. This method is often used getting drain pipes to manholes, water main access, security bollards and electrical access to buildings.
Using diamond tipped Core Drills we mount a unit (called a rig, with an electric drill motor) to the concrete to be drilled. This acts as a large drill press.
An added advantage is the ability to Core Drill into concrete using our vacuum attachment either on the rig or securing it in the usual way by Dyna bolt. Your choice. Because of our experience and expertise we can Core Drill any hole in any situation.
